The home includes a Smart TV for streaming services (guests must use their own logins).
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. Smoking is not allowed. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £20. Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained, and should not be allowed upstairs or on furniture. Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property, and clean muddy paws before entering the house. Dogs should not be left alone in the property. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The bus station is a 20-minute walk away, and Chichester Train Station is a 9-minute drive. London is accessible via trains from London Victoria to Chichester, running every 30 minutes and taking approximately 1.5 hours.
