This property is pet-friendly with an additional fee of £20 to cover extra cleaning for one small, well-behaved dog. Parking is available for 2 cars, and an EV charger is also provided. Access to park facilities, including an indoor pool, entertainment venue, and kids' club, is available. Adult and child passes for park facilities can be purchased at reception, with prices varying for peak and off-peak, and 1-4 day or 5-7 day durations.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. There is a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Stays during January and February are for accommodation only, with leisure facilities reopening on March 1st. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Guests are asked not to leave pets unattended in the property. Passes for park facilities are subject to change and should be double-checked with reception before purchasing.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
