Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. There is a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and cleared up after in the garden and around the property. They must not be left alone in the property. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
