The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area. The cozy sitting room features comfortable sofas and a smaller chair, along with a large smart TV for your entertainment. You can easily log in to your own streaming channels. The king-size room offers a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom.
Free private off-street parking is available in front of the garage and fresh linen and towels are provided for each stay. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided upon arrival. Fresh white bedding and towels, including a hand towel and bath towel per person, are included. You'll also find miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack with essentials such as kitchen roll, cleaning cloths, sponge, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, washing pod, and dishwasher tablets is provided.
Remote self check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and 24/7 guest support is available if you need any assistance.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please be careful with keys as you will be charged £100 for lost keys. Parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am. Pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
