Guests enjoy 20% off their final bill when dining at the renowned VIP Pizza restaurant downstairs. A travel cot or high chair is available for hire for a fee of £50.00 upon request.

Please be aware that there may be some external building maintenance taking place, which will not affect your apartment, access, or views. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces suggesting smoking, or vaping is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50 + VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest will incur a £200 + VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
