Parking is available on request for £20 per day, managed by the landlord and shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. Fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, shampoo, shower gel, and a selection of starter essentials are provided.
This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns. Bicycles are not permitted in the building or outside at any time due to fire safety regulations and insurance. A charge of £100 applies for lost or unreturned keys, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged for regaining access. A £100 charge will be applied if the property smells of smoke, or if there is evidence of tampering with or removing smoke alarms, as well as smoking, vaping, using candles, or incense burning. Unless agreed in advance, a late check-out will incur a fee of £20 per hour. When you depart, please turn the thermostat down to 8 degrees, lights off, and ensure all windows and doors are secure.
This property is suitable for children and infants. Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Strictly no parties or extra guests. No loud music after 10 pm, please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
