The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, crockery, cutlery, a microwave, and a washing machine. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower and a vanity unit. Fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, shampoo, shower gel, and starter essentials are provided.

Parking may be available on-site for an additional charge of £20 per day, with limited availability as there is only one shared parking space serving the building. Please enquire in advance to book.

The apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Bicycles are not permitted in or outside the building due to fire safety regulations and insurance. The lead guest for group bookings must be aged 25 or older. A charge of £100 applies for lost or unreturned keys, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged for regaining access. A £100 charge will be applied if the property smells of smoke, or if there is evidence of tampering with or removing smoke alarms, as well as smoking, vaping, using candles, or incense burning. Unless agreed in advance, a late check-out will incur a fee of £20 per hour. When departing, please turn the thermostat down to 8 degrees, lights off, and ensure all windows and doors are secure.
No loud music after 10pm, please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Strictly no parties or extra guests.
