Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest will incur a £200+vat fee. This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
