Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat are supplied.

A travel cot and high chair are available for hire for a fee of £50.00 each, upon request.

The living room is set up as a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for drinks, or catching up on the day's events, with a Smart TV for entertainment.

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+vat fee for not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest. This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Check-in instructions will be sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on the arrival day for check-in from 4 pm. The lead guest must be 21 or over.

This apartment is perfectly positioned, just a 1-minute walk from North Laine with its vibrant streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, and pubs, offering excellent shopping and nightlife. It's also conveniently located close to Brighton's world-famous pier and beach.
