The building has an elevator inside, and the apartment is on the same level once guests are inside.
Designed with larger groups in mind, this apartment offers generous living spaces where guests can relax, dine, and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and all essential cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided. The comfortable living area is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Brighton, with sofas and a Smart TV offering streaming services via free Wi-Fi using your own accounts. Two bathrooms are available, each with a shower, basin, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
An iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer are available for guests to use. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+VAT charge for not returning keys to the key card. The building has 24-hour CCTV coverage in all communal areas and an on-site team is available to assist with check-in support, maintenance issues, and any urgent assistance required during your stay.
Each bedroom has its own work desk and chair.
Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is NOT pet-friendly. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age.

Step outside and you'll find the beach just across the road, while The Lanes, Brighton Palace Pier, independent cafés, restaurants, bars, and excellent transport links are all within easy walking distance. Brighton railway station is also within walking distance for guests arriving by train or traveling for work.
