This home is pet-friendly, welcoming one pet per stay for a charge of £20. Paid street parking is available nearby, including electric vehicle charging, and a secure car park is approximately a 5-minute walk away. A travel cot is available on request for £15 and a high chair for £10, with guests needing to bring their own cot bedding.
High-speed 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make this house suitable for working remotely.
Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Early or late check-in/out may result in a £30 charge. The house has two original fireplaces which are not available for guest use. Smoking is not allowed. Guests must bring their own cot bedding, as linen is not provided for the travel cot.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
