Free parking is available for two cars and a private patio back garden is included.
The living room is set up with two sleeping chair beds, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day.
Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Check-in instructions will be sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
This townhouse is centrally located, just a 5-minute stroll to the City Centre and a 10-minute walk to the seafront. It's also close to the shopping center and train station, making it a convenient hub for exploring Brighton.
