Due to the central location above busy Sydney Street, guests should expect noise from the surrounding cafes, live music, and nightlife, which is part of the authentic North Laine experience. This property is not pet-friendly. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Guests are asked to wash used dishes, bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe, switch off lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before departure.
