Looking for a new housemate to join us in this lovely 4-bed terraced house. We're a friendly, sociable house, great for someone looking to be friends as well as housemates. The house is in a fantastic location opposite St George’s park, with easy access to the city centre and nature. Aldi, cafes, restaurants and pubs are all a short walk down Church Rd. Downstairs there's a lounge area with a TV and record player, adjacent to a large dining room, and a sizeable, well-equipped kitchen with a 7-ring gas hob. WFH is possible downstairs, or there is space for a desk if required. We also have a sunny patio out the back. The room comes unfurnished with built-in wardrobes and storage space. The mattress comes with the room and the bed frame and mattress topper are available for a small fee. We've signed a monthly rolling contract so the minimum stay is one month, however we'd love to choose someone looking to be here for longer. We are sociable, easy-going, conscientious people who get on well and like to communicate openly. In a typical week we'll often nip to the pub after work, watch TV together, and we all like our music, sport and the outdoors.
