I’m Rach, currently sharing a lovely terrace home with my friend Ella. We have a double room available in our 3-bedroom house share starting 4th September. We're seeking a third person, ideally a single female professional aged 26-36 who is respectful, clean, and sociable. While we enjoy occasionally sharing a glass of wine or a meal, we are not a party house. I work shifts, and Ella works 9-5, so we sometimes like to relax in our cozy dining/kitchen space together. Bills and council tax, totaling around £177 per month, are not included. The new tenant must have proof of a £20,000 annual income, provide a positive landlord reference, and pass necessary checks. A five-week deposit is required.
