A room is available to rent in our house as our housemate is moving out. This spacious room is located on the third floor and comes furnished with a large wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with two other occupants. Our household consists of four housemates, a mix of recent graduates and professionals, all around 20 years old. Monthly bills are approximately £90, and council tax is £36. We have a flexible rolling contract that allows you to move out with a two-month notice period, ideal for those who prefer not to commit long-term. We welcome smokers, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets and cannot accommodate couples. The room will be available from August 20, 2026, and the deposit is £660.
