I am looking to sublet my housemate's room for a few months, as she won't move in until mid-September. The room is a decently sized double with huge windows that provide plenty of natural light. The flat itself features a small kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The rent is £775 a month, but since we rent out a parking space, it can be cheaper. The location is convenient, close to transport routes and not far from the center. I'm 28 and work for an environmental organization, often traveling to London. I enjoy nights out but also spend plenty of time at home. This is a flat share, and I'm looking for a flatmate who is under 29, doesn't smoke, and has no pets. The room is available now for a maximum term of 3 months with no deposit required, though bills are not included.
