A friendly two-bedroom flat is available for sharing starting 28 July 2026, as my current housemate is moving out. The rent is £775 per month per person, with additional bills around £160-185. The flat is on the second floor and includes a bathroom. While the flat was originally unfurnished, the living room comes with shared furniture, and your bedroom will be unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe and airing cupboard. I am 30, work shifts, and enjoy running, yoga, reading, and cooking. I'm looking for someone similarly aged, preferably female, without pets, and who respects personal space while enjoying a friendly atmosphere. A parking permit is available for an extra cost.
