A light and spacious double bedroom with huge windows and your own sofa is available in a new build house, part of a welcoming eco community surrounded by allotments and next to a nature reserve. The room is available from the start of November for £550 a month for a Monday-Friday lodger, or for a full-week let for £750. The housemate works from home most of the time and is looking for someone who works away during the day. The housemate is friendly, warm, and down-to-earth and is into nutrition, nature, singing, dancing, and Qigong. They are usually not out late and try to be in bed by 10 pm due to early morning starts, and prefer a peaceful home environment. This is more of a retreat space to recharge after a day's work or life's challenges. You’ll be sharing with the housemate, their friendly dog, and another housemate. They prefer to share with a woman as they share the upstairs bathroom (3 steps from the bedroom). A second bathroom/shower downstairs means there is never an issue accessing the bathrooms.
