Bristol University and Clifton Down shopping centre are a 15-minute walk away, and several bus routes stop within a few minutes' walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with shared facilities, bedding and a hair dryer can be provided, and bills are included at approximately £190 per person per month. The room suits a single occupant who is clean, tidy, a non-smoker (including vaping), and happy to take part in weekly cleaning duties. Overnight guests should be occasional only. The flat is not suitable for a party house. Mature students and PhD researchers are welcome. The current housemates are a 26-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, and the room is available for a six-month to one-year stay, or longer.
