We are seeking a Monday to Friday lodger for our fully furnished, self-contained flat forming the basement of our house. It has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen with full cooking facilities, making it ideal for someone who needs a place to stay during the week while working away from home, or who wants their own space with plenty of privacy.

The flat sits on a quiet road within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and bars of Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. The city centre, Bristol University, BRI and the Downs are accessible on foot, by bus or by bike, and Redland station is nearby.

Parking is limited, so the flat suits someone who can commute by public transport, on foot or by bike. As we work from home in the house above, we are looking for someone who will be out during the day, as working from the flat is not possible.

The flat is available Sunday to Thursday nights, ideally for 5 nights but 4 or 3 nights is also possible, with price to be agreed. Extra nights can be discussed. All bills are included. Please do not ask for 7 days, as this is not possible.
