A room is available in a 4-storey townhouse for 3 months (October, November & December), with the potential to extend. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and possibly drawers. The housemates are described as chill, respecting each other's space while also enjoying occasional catch-ups, shared meals, and TV time. The home is a clean and tidy environment. Viewings are available on Sunday 13th September (3pm-9pm), Tuesday 15th September (9am-12pm), and Saturday 19th September (9am-12pm), or by alternate arrangement. All bills are included in the £530 rent. A deposit of £390.00 is required.
