This is a great location, just off of North Street, 15 minutes walk from Harbourside and 10 mins from the big Aldi, gym etc. with a great pub at the end of the street. There is on street parking on our road which you can get a residentâ€s permit for.
The current housemate is 30, a lawyer and mostly works in the office (though sometimes from home). They are sociable and chatty, and looking for a flatmate who is relaxed and happy to hang out and chill together when theyâ€re both in, but also comfortable doing their own thing.
No couples, smokers or pets. Minimum age for a new housemate is 25 and maximum is 35. No gender preference.
