We are looking for a new housemate to join our home starting August 16th. Our house is spacious and features one bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a shared living room. Outside, there is a communal space with sofas. We are two sociable female students, aged 22, looking for a student between 20 and 25 to join our LGBT-friendly household. We value keeping communal areas tidy but are flexible. We are smokers, and smoking is permitted. We do not have pets and cannot accommodate them. The minimum stay is 12 months. The deposit is £750, and bills are not included. References are required.
