The kitchen is spacious and includes a dining table, a washing machine, and plenty of storage. There is a front garden, currently full of wildflowers, and a back garden.
You would be living with three friendly healthcare professionals. Anyone tidy, considerate, and open to occasional shared dinners is welcome.
Rent is £2,650 per month, split four ways (£662.50 each). A shared bills account brings the total to £750 per month, which may change if bills fluctuate. Rent is due on the 21st of each month.
