We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely, spacious 3-bed top floor flat. The room is available from the end of September 2026. Rent is £700 per calendar month with bills at approximately £250 per calendar month. Parking is available on road with a permit.

We are two 26-year-old working professionals, Emma and Lucy, who are generally at the office during the week. We are easy-going and sociable, and seek someone similar. We enjoy outdoor activities like walking, running, and cycling, but also appreciate cozy nights in. While we are independent during the week, we also enjoy spending time together and would welcome someone who is open to occasional brunches, dinners, walks, pub trips, or movie nights.
