No overnight guests are permitted, but friends may visit by arrangement. This is an ideal home for a friendly professional or mature student. A weekly arrangement from Sunday/Monday to Friday is also possible with a rent adjustment. Rent is £700pcm, inclusive of bills, council tax, and WiFi. Use of all cooking facilities, including a dishwasher, and a washing machine is provided.
