I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my home on the Ashton Rise Estate, with views of greenery, Hotwells and the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The building was built in March 2021, has fibre broadband and very good insulation, which keeps it warm through the winter.
Nearby amenities include a gym, a large Sainsbury's, Winterstoke retail park, North Street, Greville Smyth Park, Ashton Gate and Ashton Court, all within a 15-minute walk. A metro bus stop is less than a minute away, giving quick access to Wapping Wharf, Temple Meads and the city centre. A private bike shed is available, and parking is available outside the estate, a three-minute walk from the flat.
I want a sociable flatmate rather than a lodger, someone I can get on with and who feels comfortable living here. I keep the flat clean and minimal, so tidiness is essential. I'm 30, work in finance, and enjoy the gym, cycling, cooking, swimming and listening to hip hop, indie and DnB. At weekends I watch football (Arsenal), go to the pub and the occasional rave or festival, and I like exploring places near Bristol.
