After six months in this wonderful home, I am sadly moving on with my partner, so the room is available. The house is modern, recently done up and has all the amenities you could need. There is a nice garden that gets plenty of sun in summer, and it is a short walk from North Street.

You will be living with Helen and G. Helen is training to be a psychotherapist and works 9-5 for an essential oils brand; she loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen. G works in theatre and film, is non-binary, and has an extensive collection of board games. It is important to us that whoever moves in is respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly.

The general vibe is fairly relaxed, and we like to socialise and chat when we see each other throughout the day. The house comes furnished, with a separate living room as well as a kitchen diner. You will share the middle floor bathroom with one other person. We would love someone who treats the house as their home, keeps shared spaces clean and tidy, and helps keep the place nice for everyone.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It was recently repainted in July and is well cared for. The mattress, bought in June, is relatively new and can be sold for a reasonable price. There is built-in storage with a clothes rail and chest of drawers.
