On-road parking outside, which can be competitive on Bristol City match days. Ten minutes by car from Bottleyard Studios and ten minutes on foot to North Street, with an Aldi supermarket, bars, restaurants and the Tobacco Factory Theatre. A Sainsbury's supermarket and petrol station are a shorter walk in the other direction. About half an hour on foot from Bristol city centre. Good public transport links: the No 24 bus runs from the end of the road into town, and Parsons Street train station is ten minutes up the hill. Suited to a professional who works outside the home, not a homeworker. Non-smokers only. The household is Sam, a cameraman, and Angela, a health visitor, with a shy cat, Cosmo, and a small white non-shedding dog, Gretel, who are not allowed in the rooms. £695 per calendar month.
