Upstairs, there is a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The available room is a south-facing double on the middle floor, featuring a balcony and views. We are two professional men in our 30s who are chilled, nerdy, and value a clean home. We have two friendly Ragdoll cats, so you must be comfortable with them. We are looking for a housemate aged 23-40 who is easy-going, respectful of space, and has a sense of humor. Bills are approximately £150 per month, and the deposit is £800. The room is available from early September.
