We are three housemates (Claudia, Tilly and Marie) looking for a fourth to join our house share in Ashton/Bedminster, within walking distance of North Street and a few minutes' walk from Parson Street Station, with a central bus route nearby. The house has two bathrooms shared between four of us, a large garden and garage space. We work both from home and in the office, and we like to keep the house clean and tidy, so it is a happy, friendly environment. We are looking for someone to move in at the end of August, as one of our housemates is moving back to London. Each room comes unfurnished. The rent including bills is roughly £750 per month (bills averaging £135 each at the moment), with a deposit of 5 weeks' rent (approx. £710). The current tenant is offering to leave the bed (frame and mattress). The move-in date has some flexibility, currently around 30 August, and garage space is available to store belongings if you need to move in a few days early.
