Description
We're looking for a housemate to join our friendly, relaxed household from 1st December. The room is an unfurnished double room with space for a double bed and desk. It is on the smaller side, which is reflected in the rent of £420 per month, excluding bills. Household bills generally work out at around £130 to £180 per month, depending on the season.
You'll be sharing with Grace (30s) and Oli (40s). We are both friendly, easy-going and sociable, but equally happy doing our own thing. This is not a party house, so we are looking for someone considerate, clean and tidy, chilled, and who enjoys a friendly household. We are only considering someone who would want to stay long term. We are ideally looking for someone aged 30+ and female, although we are open-minded and happy to consider anyone who is a good fit. No pets will be considered.
The house is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the Tobacco Factory end of North Street, with plenty of nearby bus and train connections into the city centre.
