A large and bright bedroom in a cosy and creative two-bedroom flat in Southville, shared with me, Phoebe, and Alfie the dog. Available now for £585 per month. The room is unfurnished.

I am looking for someone kind, respectful and relatively tidy to share my home. You must love dogs. I am open to either a professional or a mature student, and I would prefer to live with a woman over 26, though I am open to whoever is the right fit.

Home is a sanctuary for me, so I keep the environment calm and peaceful. Occasional guests are welcome, but nothing excessive or party-like. You will need to be mindful of me working from home, taking confidential client meetings and needing downtime in between.

I am setting up my practice as an Ayurvedic practitioner. I am an avid climber, love music and art, enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my dog, and have an allotment. I will be working from home on some days and possibly out of the house on others. I usually have music playing in the background and am either creating something, being active or being deeply lazy. Shared interests would be nice but are not essential.

I hope to build a good relationship and home environment with a housemate, sharing dinner or cups of tea, or getting creative or outside together, while respecting each other's individual lives. If this sounds like a good fit, get in touch!
