Rent is £650 pcm, with £115 for bills and £25 for a cleaner. We are two housemates, aged 31 and 35, who enjoy sports, films, art, and reading. We are looking for someone sociable and clean. Please note, there are two cats in the house, so you must be a cat person. No smoking allowed. Available from 1st September 2026 for up to 6 months.
