A double bedroom is available in a two-bedroom house in a friendly neighbourhood, a short walk from Stokes Croft and Broadmead, with easy access to shops, pubs, Turbo Island and Montpelier station.
The room is partially furnished with a double ottoman bed and a built-in wardrobe. Help putting up shelves is available if needed.
The shared space includes a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room with a projector, and a bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a laundry cupboard with a separate washer and tumble dryer, and a garden to relax in.
The current housemate is a contractor working in Bridgwater on weekdays, with work from home on Fridays and frequent travel for projects. They moved to Bristol four years ago, enjoy climbing and bouldering with friends, and host social events such as BBQs in summer and games or movie nights in winter. They enjoy eclectic music, similar to BBC Radio 6, played in the background.
Bills, including council tax, electricity, gas and broadband, come to approximately £100 per calendar month. Council tax band B.
