Room to rent Coldharbour Road, Bristol

Description

Reposting as the room hasn't been filled! If you've previously messaged us and are still keen, please let us know :-) We will be hosting viewings on the 2nd of November.

We're a sociable house who often hang out, cook meals (we're aiming for a house monthly meal altogether), have BBQs in the summer, go for drinks and get outside in nature . Of course we do have our own lives as well!

The room advertised is a double room on the ground floor, with a bed and wardrobe. Rent is £630 per calendar month and the room will be available from November 5th. Each of us pays £110 per month into a house account, which covers all the bills and communal items like toilet roll and cleaning supplies.

The house has been home to some of us for several years, so it's a place we hold dear. We are looking for someone keen to be actively involved in community living, from the social to the practical. We ask for someone clean, fun, respectful and looking for a similar sociable house environment. Our house is home to people from all walks of life, ethnicities and sexual orientations, so we encourage applications from all backgrounds

The house is a good size with a big garden, which has some veg beds for summer gardening. There is a large shared lounge, two shared bathrooms, a kitchen renovated in the last couple of years and double glazing throughout. Gloucester Road is a 15-minute walk and Whiteladies Road about 10 minutes. The Downs are about 5 minutes away.

The lettings agent may be able to accept students, but full council tax will need to be paid and you may need to provide a guarantor.

If you're interested in the room, send us a message telling us a bit about yourself and we'll start selecting people for in-person viewings soon.

P.S. We are leaving the ad to run for 7 days to let everyone message for free. We get lots of messages, so it may take a while to get back to you! Bonus points if you tell us what dish you'd bring to our house monthly meal!
