Description
We are looking for a new housemate to join our house share. You will be living with three professionals aged 26 to 35 who enjoy music, films, cooking, sports, art, and socialising. We are an LGBT household and would prefer an LGBT housemate. The available room is large and partly furnished with a bed, which can be removed upon request. The house is located in a friendly area near supermarkets with a 15-minute bus ride into town. Rent is £550 per month excluding bills, or approximately £675 including bills, with a £550 deposit. We are looking for a non-student. Smoking is allowed, but no pets. The room is available now with no minimum or maximum term.
