We are looking for a fourth person to move into our housemate's room, as she is leaving to move in with her partner. You will be sharing the house with three of us, so we want someone who will become part of our little family while also respecting each other's space. We enjoy watching TV in the evenings, going out for walks, road trips and dinner, and share hobbies including photography, running, tennis, swimming, travel and hiking. We keep the house clean and tidy, so someone tidy and organised is a must. We have a big back garden and a small front garden which we want to keep relatively neat.

The room is a very decent size with plenty of natural light during the day, space for a desk and a generously sized built-in wardrobe. You will share a bathroom with us, and there is a toilet downstairs. Our housemate is happy to sell her bed and mattress together for £100.

The house is a three-storey end-of-terrace. The ground floor has a living room, toilet, separate kitchen, a utility room and a door to the back garden, which has an apple tree. There are four rooms and an office. The house is close to Tesco and Waitrose in Henleaze and a 10-minute walk to The Downs. It is a quiet, family-friendly road with street parking, not far from Gloucester Road and about a 50-minute walk to the city centre.

Rent is £640 per month, council tax band D, and bills are around £120 each month, varying by season. No pets allowed. Professionals only, no students and no couples. Ideally a long-term stay, with a move-in date around 14 December. Message us to arrange a viewing.
