All bedrooms are provided with bath and hand towels, and travel-size toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. The open-plan living/dining room features a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV with a Roku Stick. The modern kitchen is generously sized and equipped for home dining, including an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a washer/dryer.
A dedicated and free parking space on the driveway in front of the house is available for guests, along with free on-street parking next to the property. A travel cot is available for hire at a cost of £50, and a high chair for £30. Please request these during booking for delivery prior to your stay.
This home is perfect for business with superfast Wi-Fi up to 100 Mb. The main bedroom includes a small desk or vanity table and chair.
This is a non-smoking property. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbors. Extra guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please remove shoes inside the home and leave them in the entrance hall. Single-use toiletries are provided to last a couple of days, along with a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. Guests are required to complete an online verification process facilitated by Truvi, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages during their stay. Check-in information will be provided upon successful completion of the verification process.
Centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on the edge of Cambridge, this home is next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals. It's a quick 10-minute drive into the city center or to Cambridge station. A sports field and playground are across the road. A 5-minute walk leads to a local cafe and convenience store, as well as a fish and chip shop. A 5-minute drive brings you to a local Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and other cafes.
