Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes and features bath and hand towels, along with travel-size toiletries.
A dedicated free undercover parking space is available for guests, with lift access from the car park to the apartment level. A baby travel cot is available upon request for an additional charge of £50. Mid-stay cleaning and linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays up to 30 days.
Each bedroom features its own working desk, and the apartment offers superfast Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-ins without permission or late check-outs. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Guests are required to complete a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 to cover potential damages.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
