There is no on-site parking, but short-term street parking is available in front of the property, and nearby overnight car parks are free to use within a 5-10 minute walk. A laundromat is available on Mill Road, a 15-minute walk away. Superfast Wi-Fi up to 100 Mb makes it well suited to business use.
No parties, events or gatherings are allowed, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited, extra guests and pets are not allowed, and guests are asked to remove shoes inside. Basic toiletries, a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and kitchen rolls are provided. Remote self check-in is available, with 24/7 guest support.
Guest verification is required via Truvi, using a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, with a choice of a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable GBP 40 damage waiver. An additional cleaning fee may apply if cleanliness concerns are found after checkout.
The apartment is in a prime city-centre location, adjacent to the Botanic Gardens and Parkers Piece, surrounded by colleges and within walking distance of the River Cam. Regent Street shops and Mill Road are less than a 15-minute walk away, Cambridge train station is a 15-minute walk, and the Drummer Street bus terminal is a 14-minute walk.
