Free parking is provided for guests within a private and secure gated courtyard behind the property. Basic toiletries, a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets, washing pods, toilet rolls, and kitchen roll are provided.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and superfast Wi-Fi up to 70 Mbps is provided for free, making it remote work-friendly.
Please note that parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed due to sensitive neighbors. Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to remove shoes while inside the property and leave them in the entrance hall. Check-in is remote with self check-in, and 24/7 guest support is available should you need any assistance during your stay.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Situated just off Chesterton Road, this cottage is a short stroll to the River Cam and Jesus Green, perfect for riverside walks, jogging, or swimming. Numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs, and a Co-Op supermarket are just a short walk away.
