Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and a standard charge of £500 will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. Quiet hours must be respected after 9 pm. BBQs are not allowed on the terrace or inside. No pets are allowed. No candles or e-scooters. Please remove shoes in the house, wash, dry, and put away any kitchenware used, and turn off lights and lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
