We are seeking a 4th housemate for our tenancy from July 2026 until the end of June 2027. Our house has four rooms, and currently, three of us, all 20 to 21 years old, share it. We are students at Cardiff Met, studying Fashion Design, Fashion Buying, and Art. The rent is £550 per month, excluding bills. The location is ideal for students, with nearby Lidl, Tesco Express, and the Cathays pubs. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and easy-going student to join our relaxed household. No pets or smoking are allowed. We're primarily looking for females aged between 18 and 24. The minimum term is 11 months, and the deposit is £200.
