This house is conveniently located within walking distance of UHW hospital and shops, with a 30-minute walk to Cathays train station. The current household consists of three housemates aged between 23 and 25, including one female and two males. Smoking is allowed, and pets will be considered. Couples are welcome. The house is open to various occupations and has no restrictions on gender. There is a minimum rental term of 12 months and a maximum of 36 months. Each room requires a £525 deposit, and bills are not included.
