A travel cot and high chair are available for an additional cost of £25 per stay. Parking is available outside the double garage for 2 cars, with ample visitor parking at the front of the property.
A separate study is equipped with two office desks and chairs.
This is a family home in a very quiet, close-knit community, so strictly no parties are allowed. Working outdoor security cameras are present at the front and rear of the property, and motion sensors are on all external doors. No pets are allowed. Please remove outdoor shoes upstairs. A £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys and £100 will be charged for lost keys. Guest verification facilitated by Truvi is required upon booking, which involves a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Perfectly located for Bicester Village, just a 10-minute walk away. Oxford city center and Blenheim Palace are only a 20-minute drive. Shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk from the property.
