The dining area comfortably seats 5 guests and doubles as a great spot for home office working. The living room features the original inglenook fireplace, a Smart TV, and comfortable seating for cozy nights in. Nest smart heating runs throughout the property.
A private enclosed courtyard at the rear offers outdoor dining for 4. Private parking is available on the driveway behind the property for one vehicle, with additional free street parking in front of the cottage. A travel cot and high chair can be supplied for an additional cost of £25 per stay, with guests asked to bring their own bedding for the travel cot.
The dining area overlooks the pretty street and makes a great spot for home office working.
As with many older cottages, the occasional cobweb may appear. Strictly no parties allowed in this quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors. Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. Later check-out or earlier check-in may be available for an extra cost via prior arrangement only. A small starter pack of logs and kindling are provided from October-March. Bookings are subject to a verification process. Pets are not allowed.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
