The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a bath with an overhead shower.
Free on-street parking is available outside the house, and you can also park on any nearby streets. Weekly cleans are available.
This home offers a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay, making it a perfect environment for key workers, contractors, or business travelers.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, and any breach will result in a £1000 charge to cover deep cleaning and damage. Parties or events are not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Early check-in is available for £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20/hour. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to the T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. The team can be contacted via email and phone between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm.
