Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Online check-in is required, which includes completing a secure check-in form, agreeing to terms and conditions, and providing a valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20 per hour. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Additional housekeeping is required for stays over 10 nights, with a fee; failure to pay will shorten the booking to a maximum of 10 nights. The check-in and check-out process is self-service.
